SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Support for an international organization in the context of a renovation or conversion project financed in whole or in part by a loan from Switzerland involves :

- building a strategic and technical support structure for the project, in collaboration with the local authorities ;

- assisting in setting up a governance structure specific to the project;

- assisting in developing a work methodology adapted to the context;

- advising on construction, federal, cantonal and municipal standards and regulations;

- assisting with local procedures (building permits, energy, etc.) financial follow-up of the Swiss loan (granted through FIPOI) from project initiation to start-up;

- providing any other "tailor-made" assistance that may be required.
