Video of FIPOI presentation
FIPOI has been working since 1964 to facilitate the implementation of International and Intergovernmental Organizations in the Canton of Geneva. It actively participates in the influence of International Geneva through its three business lines (conferences, real estate management, real estate development) which we are pleased to present to you in this video presentation.
First Great Place To Work Award
Last August 2020, FIPOI launched for the first time the approach to Great Place to Work®, an international labelling which rewards “companies where it is good to work”. The Great Place to Work® methodology consists on one hand in collecting the opinions of employees through a survey of more than 60 questions grouped in 5 topics (credibility, respect, pride, conviviality and equity), and, on the other hand, an audit carried out on a complete report sent by the company.
With a participation rate of over 91%, FIPOI would like to warmly thank its staff for their commitment and is proud of their active participation in this process. 81% of our employees believe they work in an environment good to live in and 95% are proud to tell others that he / she works for FIPOI. In addition, 92% state that FIPOI offers trainings useful for their professional development.
On Wednesday May 26, 2021, FIPOI participated in its first “Best Workplaces” ceremony and ranked 14th in the category of medium-sized Swiss companies (from 50 to 249 employees).
FIPOI is proud of this result and is now committed to continuing to improve for the well-being of its employees.
