FIPOI’s property management portfolio consists of almost 215,000m2 of gross floor area, exclusively of offices, conference centers and parking lots, most of them located near the Place des Nations, the heart of International Geneva.
Organized into three sectors - property management, operations, and renovations - the Property Management department employs 25 staff.

This mobile application is available to building tenants, enabling the report of building issues or request repairs in just a few clicks. This tool can be used from any Internet-connected device (PC, tablet or smartphone).
